I was fortunate enough to attend this concert. I hadn’t seen the band since the mid 90’s. I had no idea it would be so long. You see, I grew up in the 80’s. Graduated high school in 1989. My first concert was 101 in Pasadena between my junior and senior year. I went with my high school sweetheart. I’ll never forget her green eyes welling up with tears as the band sang Stripped. I’ll never, ever forget…

Pasadena was my 1st concert too! I cried, because my 19 year old cousin stole our tickets and took her boyfriend!! I'll never forget my little (13 year old sister) saying "hurry up, we're sneaking in , so you can see your boyfriend Dave" .. And sneak in we did! 😂 My sister and I don't talk currently, but each time I hear DM it reminds me of that fateful day and my bad little sister, using her street wits to get us in. She was bad, behavioral issues her whole life! Little did I know it was history in the making for everyone that day 6/18/88 .. and my sister did that for me! I'll never EVER forget. I was at the 12/17/23 show too, 35 years later and wish my sister would have been there with me..it was a black celebration indeed! 🖤🤍 DM FOREVER ✨ 🖤

Back then, if you were a cute girl,which I’m not, all you had to do is smile at the door man and you were golden. Too bad she wasn’t “Little 15” 🙌🏽. What an amazing time to be alive. The 80’s was the best decade ever!!

The love between these two really moves me as much as the music. They are so present for each other. Seeing them smiling at each other and making sure they're good on stage, wow. They really understand what it mean to take care of people. I've seen how kind Dave is to everyone on crew. That humility and generosity is so rare and admirable. Loooove.🥰🎶

Life-long Depeche Mode fan and was lucky enough to hear them sing this back in the 80s and most recently in Sacramento and NYC. I was also SO happy to hear them sing Black Celebration. It's been years since they also performed that song. Great capture as best as you could! Well done and thanks for sharing!
