I would be hesitant to accept free dental work from a homicidal dentist.

Struggling to comprehend what the mom who asked for a diversion for her husband, is thinking. He tried to murder your children. How is it, that CPS isn’t stepping in, bc her judgement is clearly not aligned w/ protecting her children, which is supposed to be her first priority as a mom?! CPS does step in, when a parent persists in dating a sex offender, despite a danger to their children- i do not understand this, at all. Like, what is her plan, moving forward? Just make sure they’re never alone together, and hope for the best?!! Alarming. Disturbing. First loyalty is supposed to be to your kids, who are counting on you, to keep them safe. Would have liked some additional details, like how long had they been married, when this occurred? Was medication a factor? Mental health assessments? Children’s’ ages? Is religion a factor here (ex: the “stand by your man, no matter what” mentality)

As a matter of fact, unpopular take of the day, your loyalty should lie with your partner first and foremost. You take a vow when you get married, in sickness and in health. Psychosis is terrifying for the person experiencing it and I'm sure he suffers from an immeasurable amount of regret after this or else the wife wouldn't be defending him. It's 2024, we have effective medication to treat serious mental illnesses.

Honestly in my opinion this father should face accountability for his actions. In my opinion I believe it's the family members who are claiming he had a mental health episode. In my opinion this is cultural and religion deflecting from what he really did. As a society we cannot allow family members to use mental health situation conveniently. And in my opinion this is what I'm hearing. This father intentionally drove his car off that cliff.

A fighting chance? Wtf is wrong with you defense attorneys? You want to get guilty people off the hook of a crime they committed. That is despicable. Everyone should have a fair trial - that should be the goal - not winning a case with a guilty client.

The one with the husband who suffered a psychotic break, you can’t let him out with a 2 year deferential diversion. I hope I said that right. One, who is going to monitor him? And it sounds as if he won’t be watched closely. If he did have a psychotic break, then how are you going to make sure he doesn’t suffer another break putting his family in danger again? Maybe he has been a loving husband and father the whole time and this action just happened suddenly. I would want him to be monitored very closely because there is a reason for the break. As far as the TikTok defense goes. It is not a crime of passion when he literally bugs his daughter’s iPad and proceeds to drive to his estranged wife’s home. The wife had left him already and made him move out. I believe divorce papers had already been served. He was living in his own apartment. The estranged wife was not dating the gentleman that came over. Apparently they were just friends, according to some reports I have seen.

Why in the world would the dentist (& others like him) think they can trust their prison mates? They obviously, aren’t that great at crime or they wouldn’t be sitting in jail to begin with so why would anyone want to recruit them for more crime?!? Ugh, how stupid can they be?!? 🤦‍♀️

Regarding the man who drove his Family off the cliff it was only a brief Picture that we saw of his children but they look pretty young. Obviously too young you understand daddy deliberately tried to kill them or the difference between mental illness. As far as the mother trying to get a diversion for her husband I believe she's asking for it because she is still fearful of her husband.
