Typical of modern dentistry: blame it all on bacteria, they totally ignore the vital role of nutrition in cavity and caries formation.

Can early-stage caries remove or stop?

Yes it should be removed and it can also stop progressing, but that is only possible under strict oral Hygiene practices
Mam can an impacted canine come down on its own in 18 years old???

It's very rare that it would come down on its own.. it usually requires orthodontic movement
There is no reported evidence that fluoride strengthens teeth, please provide your findings references etc to support your statement

Because sugar is carbohydrates and carbs are readily acted upon by bacteria and thus result in tooth decay
