In this video, I'll show you how did I unlock the bootloader of Nokia 3.1 Plus.
After bootloader unlocked, you're ready to root your phone or install custom OS.
If you have your own NTool account, you can do it by yourself.

1. Yes, and I also earn from it, since many Chinese users asked me about this - so I always buy 1,000 credits account. 2. If you have your own OSTLA account, then of course you can. Either patched OSTLA 6.0.4 or NOST are useless. 3. Nobody asked me about Nokia X71 bootloader unlock, but I've successfully unlocked Nokia 8.1 (X7) and Nokia 9 PureView recently.
