Hi Arrila! This is manual for Titanium HD 4-24x50 HD riflescope with interchangable turrets - this is not accessory kit - this is a full product (DO-2462, DO-2463, DO-2464, DO-2465) Regards!

If we install these new turrets, is the zerolock is lost

Yes it is. The zero lock and the ring with the revolution indicator/ zero lines use the same threads. You can either have a zero stop or a indicator line. Not both. Because the zero stop is not a hard zero, your zero can easily move. So if you require accuracy you are better of not installing the zero stop.
