Was diagnosed with Menieres Disease in 2017 then told it wasn't years later, I've seen all kinds of doctors, lost my career, and to this day don't have a definitive answer for something that totally wrecked my life.

Hey man, my dad had it and was able to fix it by a low salt diet for about a year like no salt at all my dad replaced all table salt and had to be very strict. You need to see a specialist if you haven’t maybe the right one. It can go both ways but my dad was able to fix his and he almost lost his hearing and is a musician.

@jamie-fm4el I appreciate that but I'm in agreement with the latest doctor I've seen who said it wasn't the correct diagnosis. I have so many other symptoms that don't align with Meniere's I'm a medical mystery, lucky me lol

​@JacobDarkOfficial try seeing different doctors if possible. Most doctors are arrogant and will tell you there's no cure just because they don't know what the cure is. There's a cure for every illness, the human body is complicated and it would be generous to say these doctors barely know 10% of it.

Don’t mind me. Doing the thing where I buy a very expensive monitor and then validate my purchase by watching reviews while it ships out.

I'd say before taa was so popular, that it definitely was. But the new games are definitely meant to be seen in 4k. Anything is better than 1080p tho 😅 I somehow can still use 1080p even after having 2k 4k monitors.

I didn't test for text fringing but will be sure I start doing that moving forward since I'll have plenty of monitor review videos coming. That said neither one gave me any kind of noticeable issues so if it were me I'd buy based on other factors like resolution, curve, etc

Does it still perform well if you use it at 360hz 1080p? Or drop to 240hz 1440p?

I have rtx3080 egpu and asus ally, should i buy 27inch or 32 inch qd oled dell?

1 HDMI port is a bummer. This Monitor is fine for consoles. but system support 1440p, plus most of the 4k on PS5 and XSX is checker board 4k. 1440p will still be great.

Tried this monitor with series x at 4k 120, enabled console mode, and was a no go. Returned it same day

So probably a dumb question but I don’t know, looking at the AW2725DF. I have a 4090 GPU but I saw this monitor supports AMD only….will this be an issue for my GPU, meaning will there be a sacrifices? 85 cm distance eyes from monitor, I have 32 inch 1800 curve 1440p and i dont see pixels. So I would say my eyes are not that good :D When I had 27 inch 1080p it was horrible pixelated.@@josephparry

@@JacobDarkOfficial It's perfect, I'm just afraid that the fan will fail at some point and be out of warranty so the panel would be left without any type of cooling. I am between the 27 inch Asus Woled, this Dell and the MSI for gaming use but also for browsing Google Chrome watching KZread, Twitter and websites occasionally, I like the design of the Asus much better and they say that Woled is more resistant burnt than qd oled but they also say that qd oled looks much better, what do you think and what would you recommend?

@@FJAD94My understanding is QD OLED will produce a better picture but W OLED has better burn in resistance. Dell does have the 3 year replacement exchange if burn in happens so really up to you, at some point regardless of panel, burn in can be a risk. I didn't have them side by side but honestly I felt like both of them were beautiful visually. I'd be buying based off whether I wanted a bigger screen or curved vs non curved or the fact the 32 has hdmi eArc which for me is huge. Whatever you decide to buy I'd appreciate you using my link!

I have a LG C2 48 inch sometimes i think about donwsizing back to monitor But not sure will the hdr and color quality be a huge dif? I never seem monitor oled so idk if they can look half as good as lg c2 tv

@@doppelsauger1334 picture quality is top notch! Letters look a bit distorted when looking at text with a white background. I wouldn’t recommend for work or school, just gaming and entertainment. The colors, OMG the colors 🌈 it’s pure eye candy 🍭 and specially with HDR enabled. Everything pops so nicely. Palworld looks incredible on this display. A game that also looks amazing is Dead Space 2023. You get perfect contrast between dark areas and lit areas. The blacks are inky black and true to a Oled display. HDR+ is implemented so nicely on environmental stuff like explosive barrels, your suit, and general trinkets that light up. It adds a nice splash 💦 of color to an otherwise very dark and gritty environment. Brightness in HDR reaches almost 1000 nits, so blooming effects looks amazing as well

-and not just any DP cable, but for this monitor the cable needs to have the DP80 (able to deliver 80gbps of bandwidth) certification- edit: just took a look at the specs and a DP 1.4 cable (40gbps) should be fine

I've got the ultragear 27% and the BIGGEST issue with OLED is the blacks.... are way too black. If you want to be competitive on any form of FPS, Stay away from OLED and stick to IPS.

When you tilted the Dell Alienware AW2725DF QD-OLED monitor I immediately noticed the Purple Haze background and reminded me of TFT old school LCD monitors. That's not appealing for people that want a monitor to look Black when it's turned off. My OLED TV looks Black when it's turned off and that's how monitors should look like today and not Purple. Why do I have a feeling Dell is cheating us?
