Hi Brother, I've Dell Inspiron 3543 i5 5th Gen Model, Recently everytime i switch on sometimes lap gets on and some time only 5 beep sound comes. Now last 1 week lap completely doesn't gets ON means NO DISPLAY, only I hear 5 BEEP Sound. So here CMOS Battery could be issue or Motherboard? Since service center people said need to replace entire mother board

Senele Mtshiya, check your LVDS cable( ribbon) Ribbon reconnect 2-3 times both SIDE( LED + MB), first try led side, if not done, then try to mb side

I first beep 5 times but there is no screen display. Then I forced it to turn off by trying about 5 times, there was no beep sound. Then if my laptop hasn't been used for about 2 days, the beep sounds again. 5 times the beep sound, then I disassembled my laptop, I removed the ram and cleaned it, then reinstalled it. When I press the power button, the beep increases to 7 beeps. the solution first.
