I visited this restaurant and hotel last year. It's a great 3-star restaurant and not too expensive. The service was excellent, and they have a good wine list with fantastic German whines. The hotel is also fantastic, designed in a classic German Schwarzwald style.

Looks fantastic, but I have to say I prefer the videos that include cooking, rather than just assembly.

I'm sure this restaurant is capable of making exceptionally great tasting food - but I begin to see a boring tedious pattern in many 3-star Michelin restaurants. You pretty much get served caviar, truffle and a horde of dots of oils, purés and mayos topepd of with a bunch of petite local flowers and some powder dust in all european 3 star restarants these days. I've only been to a handfull of 3-star restaurants, but I begin to see the same pattern as I see in these videos from the other 3 star restaurants in Europe. I've honestly been served the best food in my life in the lesser fancy less posh restaurants - 1 star restaurants and some times not even michelin restaurants at all. Just my honest opinion.

exactly.... most critically acclaimed restaurants suck. None of the food is ever really hot. All of these places serve food that rarely satisfies but rather becomes just a useless exercise in excess (e.g. a bottled water list). Best dining experiences are at a local, busy restaurant that is helmed by a mature chef who doesn't care about pleasing useless critics but rather cooks for the restaurant's customers.

It is completely fine a lot of restaurants at this level use gloves rarely because it's more practical to wash your hands

Did your mom, or your grandmother, aunt or anyone else use gloves when she made you food growing up? Are you capable of doing anything besides unrealistically complaining and converting O2 to CO2 + H2O?
