I seriously love their cookies. Is it the chunks of chocolate? Or a good quality of nuts? The freshness? I don’t know, but it just works.
The perfect cookie is all about balance. It has to have crispy edges and a soft, chewy middle. Also, the sweetness of the chocolate should be nicely balanced with the buttery dough. And that’s exactly what Ben’s Cookies provide.
We always go for the box of 5 plus 2 for free (£8.65), and we eat them for two-three days as they stay perfectly fresh for up to four days.
The best sellers are the milk chocolate chunk and the white chocolate chunk, but my personal favorite is the coconut cookie.
