Cherry pie is a pie with a cherry filling baked in it. Cherry pie is usually made of tart rather than sweet cherries. Out in Montana, they use the glorious Flathead Lake cherries in these pies. We went to the Polson Farmers Market to get ourselves some produce and I made sure to snag myself a Walkin' Around Pie. Overall this pie gets a great review from me.
