These are delicious Scones with raisins, orange, vanilla
Ingredients:
(for 8 Scones)
Turn the oven to 190°
60 grams of raisins
1orange (180grams) Zest + juice
1 egg
1 gram vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100ml kefir
80 grams of sugar
300 grams of flour
5 grams baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 grams butter (82%, cold from the refrigerator)
1 egg for brushing the scones + 1 tablespoon sugar
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190°
