Ingredients:

120 grams of sugar

150ml cream (33-35%)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or 1-2 drops vanilla extract)
1/4 lemon( juice )
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes at 180°
Be sure to add water to the baking sheet
