Hi 👋 I just finished the cooking but I cook them in the air fryer instead and I coated with breadcrumbs and they’re delicious I put air fryer on 170 for 30 min and on last 6 min I turn them round 😋😋😋😋🍷👍🤗

I was thinking the same! Then it is not without flour. I think you can also use oatflour for it. Maybe mixed with crushed nuts.
