Delicious Beef Mac & Cheese (My version!)

FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
500g ground beef
500g of pasta (macarroni or penne)
1 cup of greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
2 teaspoons of unsalted butter
1 cup of tomato pulp
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups of cheddar grated cheese
1 cup of mozzarella grated cheese
Olive oil
Seasoning: Sea salt, black pepper, sweet & hot paprika, 1 tsp of cumin powder and oreganos
Method:
Start by cooking the pasta until it's al dente (I left mine for at least 10 to 12 minutes). Save some of the pasta water for future steps.
Chop up the onion and garlic. Heat up a pan and add olive oil and unsalted butter and add the onion and garlic until caramelised, then add the ground beef. Mix it well and add the seasonings.
I added some french garlic, as I had some left in the fridge so it's absolutely optional, then you add the tomato pulp and some sugar to eliminate the acidity of the tomato.
I added at least a cup of the pasta water for extra juice and let it simmer with the lid on on low heat for at least 5/10 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and mix it all in .
Add the grated cheese and make sure you mix it until blended in. For extra creaminess, I put another teaspoon of unsalted butter and oreganos on top.
