It will take maximum 2.5 years to complete. Maximum. However, it will likely be completed within 2 years. Maharashtra section would ofcourse be the hardest because of the western Ghats. Hope they make animal crossings too like they did in DFCs.

Omg. Govt needs to complete remaining land acquisition at the earliest. Next year if Maha govt changes by chance, then may have to wait for another 5 years :-(

To waha ke local leaders humare Gaav walo ko bhadka dege & result yeah hoga ki Maharashtra election me bada ghata ho jayega. Ese me Ruling party ke bhi hath badhe he . & agar sarkar gir jaye (Maharashtra me wese bhi sarkar ki validity 1-2 saal hi hoti he) to samjo ki yeah Express way sirf ek history ban ke reh jayega.& kabhi aage nahi badhega. Jese humara Panvel Goa high way ke sath hua..

Surat-Chennai Expressway, Chennai-Bangalore expressway, Raipur-Vishakapatnam expressway are the ones I know of which will be passing through both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. If there are any new expressways under plans, do update 👍🏻

As per the alignment it would have be an extension to the JNPT road from Panvel which would continue to JNPT, and so yes, it would have a connection with the Mumbai Pune Expressway 👍🏻

It is also going to serve as a sort of Half ring-road for Mumbai (since the other half is sea), thereby would be very beneficial for the trucks and trailers going through to JNPT. The connector and arterial roads to interior Mumbai depends on MMRDA. Agar wo acche se road connectivity dhenge to interior Mumbai thodi der me log aa paayenge.

So Delhi-Mumbai expressway was passed through a slight different route, but to appease Muslims, Modi made the route to shift to a Muslim majority area(Mewat, Haryana) which is notorious for vehicle smuggling and anti-hindu attacks. Yes it's the same area where last year 5 Hindus and a Sikh was killed for praying in mandir located there, it's the same area where on 18th May 2024, 8 pilgrimages were killed due to so called "fire" in the bus at 2 am when they were travelling through that route. So it's because of Maulana Modi you're on your luck on this route :)
