I regularly make mutanjan for eid lunches, this is the recipe I have been looking for. In Pakistan they make mutanjan without oranges. Wow I am going to make this recipe for sure in Karachi. Kuche qeemey kay kabab look divine.

Meri Ammi ki favorite dish hua karta tha mutanjan. Aur iske veg version ko hum log zarda kehte hai. Jab bhi milad hoti to Ammi zarda banaya karti thi. Saal mei na jaane kitne h baar zarda bana karta tha. Aap ke is channel aur is mein banaye gaye pakwan ko dekh kar, main meri Ammi k beintehaa yaad aati hai.

Hamari Ami kache qeeme ke kabab sawan ke mausam main aise banati thin ke pyaz, adrak, hari mirchain ot dhania qeeme ke saath hi machine se nikalwati thin. Punjab main waise bhi hum bohot maheen masalah or qeema pasand nai kerte, is liye sil bate pe nahi peeste. Yeah salook bas Shami Kabab ke qeeme ke saath hota hai, So is qeeme main baqi masaleh daal ke tawe pe dalti jaati thin. Masala bhi kuch zyada heavy nahi daalti thin, is liye yeah bhari nai lagte the, bas thora zeera, Sookha dhaniya pisa hua, rai, namak, or kuti hui mirchain. Sawan ki baarish ki perfect recipe.

Badshahon ne bahot se shaher, gaon basaaye. Jidhar se guzarte us khaal8 maidan ko Basa dete, theme lagaate, bazaar ban jaate, kuwan khudwate, gaon, kheton se log akar un bazaron me business karte phir us jagah ko naam dete, Faizabad, Firoza bad, Sultanpur, Akbarpur, Aurang abaad, Akbar pur aur jaane kitne jinke naam badle ja rahe hain..🙂
