I'm not from Bikaner... But I loved how exotic the land is,the people are n the folk tales are... blending the people n cuisine together with sheer dedication is the Royal family of Bikaner. I love my Bharat.

If this narrator taught me history lesson i will never fail in history classes ever again

Totally impressed by the way the three daughters have kept the traditions of the soil.

My mother in law is from Bikanar, it's nice to see how the royals are attached to their land and with their people. They are brave and original people who love to live within the limits of their climate and resources. Regards from Pakistan.

This is one of my absolutely favorite series. It is just mesmerizing to hear about Bikaner and it's amazing spirit of survival and embracing the resources nature gave them. Saw so many never herd ingredients and the delicious cuisine made from them. Thank you for bringing this amazing history to us.

Bharati Banthia. Bikaner shar ka naam aate hi bachpan ki bhut sari yaade taja ho jati hai. Bikaner key paas GangaShar mai hi mera nanihal hai. Hum log jab bhi GangaShar jate thay Bikaner pahle hi station hone se pahle aata tha. Wahan ki hawelia,public park,Junaghad aur lalghad key fort aaj bhi yaad hai. Bikaner key Sursahi,Modak aur Ghal kay ladoo aur Bhanti bhanti ki nankhatai ki yaad aate hi mooh mai pani aa jata hai. Inme se bhut si mithaiya aisi hai jo keval Bikaner mai hi milti hai.

Just loved the documentary on food. Its really good to know that people of Bikaner hold on to the traditions so well. Even the cooking vessels are of brass, bronze, earthenware. Otherwise I see many villages switching over to non stick & aluminum vessels. Koti Koti pranaamams to the residence of region. Let the traditions live on ❤ from the dravida kshetram
