Wood Apple इसे गुजरात में कोठा कहा जाता है और बहुत सरलता से हर जगह पर यह प्राप्त है। खाने में बहुत टेस्टी है खट्टा मीठा। इसमें शक्कर या गुड़ साथ में लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक और कुछ जगह पर खाने का रंग डालकर बहुत प्यार से खाया जाता है। खमन के साथ इसकी चटनी बहुत लज़ीज़ रहती है।
