We moved to Sunbridge Sept 2020 and love it! We looked at twin lakes 3x prior and came very close to buying, but decided to wait for sunbridge and glad we did! Love the proximity to Lake Nona and our kids.

And now Sheridan WY and I'm currently found your youtube by accident I really am considering a move with my husband to a 55 plus community I'm doing a lot of research before making the plunge .. We have a home we would have to sell before but just want to make the right decision.. And get out of the SNOW!!!

Can you do a condo living verse single family? I live in a tiny apartment in Brooklyn, NY. I want a single family home but I don't want the hassle of taking out the garbage, shoveling the snow and maintaining exterior and common space. Therefore, I like living in my apartment. But during the retirement which I'm ready, I may want a single family home if exterior like a lawn are maintained by HOA.

Purchased at sunbridge move in mid 2023 can't wait

Welcome back and happy new year! I hope to be moving down from NY within a couple of years but I’m still so torn whether I should go the house route or the condo route. It will be just me, newly retired. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’d love to see the actual process of someone relocating and how that works as well. Being that this would be my first time, I’ll really be going into this with no knowledge. I love how honest you two are and how you listen to your viewers when they have questions. I wish you had commented on the HOA fees ------ are those amounts monthly or annually. If monthly, how can retirees afford that? What does the HOA fee cover besides outside maintenance of the yard? I hope people don’t think these are stupid questions I’ve asked as I’ve never paid an HOA fee. I’ve always owned my own home and kept up my own yard and maintained everything else myself.

One of your competitor channels said the better community's are "South of 44". I don't know what that means as they didn't explain why but I'm guessing communities to the South are newer? Any thoughts?

The builder at Del Webb is horrible. The houses are delivered with a lack of pride, respect and care. They are pushing trades to build these homes as fast as possible. One trade told me they want them done in 90days. The building construction supervisors are stooges that don’t check anything. I followed one and he was in and out of houses in 10 minutes. I hate could he have possibly assessed in that period of time.
