There are plenty of GMs/owners who know this and will select the guy even if they want another player just to keep Deion and the Wokies happy. Deion is stuck on the race narrative. It rarely goes well when players have "backstage" parents who want to dictate the what/where/who of their son's pro career. It's a lot easier to be a nuisance when you have had a relationship in the past. It helps get your foot into the door.

I don't understand how a sports commentator can be undecided / undetermined on the quality of player someone is. The FILM is out there, watch it. Once you've watched it, objectively evaluate the execution/performance of the fundamentals of the position. You can recognize Warren Sapp is a phenomenal Dlineman from his get-off, hand-placement, agility, power and quickness - you don't need to see the result of a play or his stats to KNOW what you're dealing with. THIS is where Shedeur fails miserably on the smell test.

The better question is will Deion continue to coach when his boys are gone and he has trash athletes to choose from

Against Stanford he did play bad but it was his first game back his injury so he probably wasnt all there. If you watch his talent level, I just don't see how any gm wouldn't draft him first round. He's a generational talent just needs to put on a bit of mass so he can avoid injuries. Shedeur I wouldn't pick and personally I don't think he's an NFL level QB. He's honestly below average for college.

Americans today believe they are entitled. Players, coaches, fathers. The NFL is an American institution. It is way bigger than any player. Every player in the NFL can be replaced by the teams fairly easily without missing a beat. Owners do not want to be told by players who they will play for and how much they will be paid. Owners do not have to agree to the demands. They can pass and draft someone else. I have no idea if Shedeur Sanders will have a 10 year career in the NFL, but I am pretty sure the Buffalo Bills will survive and prosper for the next ten years despite Sanders not wanting to play there.

I can see the media playing Shedur up to being next years Caleb William's if Colorado has a successful year. Shedur seems like he's mentally soft. He's going to have to go to the right situation too have any chance at the next level.
