It’s possible to dehidrate the seed , but not the pulp ,,it would be like trying to do the same with a lemon juice to get the lemons back,,

I’ve bought dehydrated okra, garlic and mushrooms and they all had oil and sea salt add. So hopefully the avocado with it’s natural oil and with the added salt, it keep safe and self stable. Any updates? I’ll definitely be trying it.

Unfortunately I didn't keep any to see how long it lasts. Ate it all. Very sad. :)
