I heard the DEF attorney while DEFENDANT on stand and he was absolutely horrible, and client's story/actions made zero sense. Gross incompetence for even letting Defendant take stand, UNLESS HE INSISTED, figuring he could weave a tale which at least one juror might believe. I don't know outcome, but stated it's not going to end well. I'd be shocked if NOT GUILTY at this point.

He's a career criminal that would be going to prison if he got caught stealing or breaking into cars. He was doing that on that night. Send him to prison for that at minimum. We don't need people like that in society. But I think he's guilty as hell for murder.

I am a live-court-trial Junkie - this is the only time I have seen a potential suspect, the ex-boyfriend, outsmart the police, detectives, and got immunity! I have watched seasoned detectives, some of the best, and if Jackson repeated those words, the ex-boyfriend repeated and said he smoked a blunt and was delusional. In my opinion, the ex got away with murder - RIP Samantha ❤️

The FBI and local LE both investigated the ex after he came forward & said he felt he did it, he didn’t remember it, but thought he had to do it, although they found zero evidence of the ex. However, the defendant lied the entire time & even told on him self saying he was staying hidden the entire time, and then after lurking & hiding in the shadows, but then goes up to someone, from a distance, & walks up to them & then finds they are dead. Someone trying to hide the entire night, as we watch him do this, & all of a sudden he’s going to go talk with a neighbor in the homes. They can’t prove anyone else was there, not one person before him or after him. For you to be claiming that it’s the ex because he confessed, but on the same hand say it’s not this man, after he lied the entire time about ever seeing her, touching her, nothing, although evidence shows he did do all this.

I love this public defender Mr. Brown he goes hard for his clients especially when he knows they are innocent and his client MJB is 100%. INNOCENT!!! Michaels’ (MJB) MO is stealing objects from cars that are already unlocked. He doesn’t smash windows he doesn’t break handles he doesn’t steal the cars to drive away, he simply checks for unlocked vehicles and if unlocked he ram sacks them steals valuables then moves onto the next. There is not one violent history in his arrest records. This is man is innocent. The prosecutor and the lead investigators failed to do their job. They were lazy and chose to take the easy way out. They chose the black Man because they knew everyone would judge him guilty before trial even started. Instead of doing their JOB and going with the obvious theory they went with the known car thief that just happened to be in the area because he looks bad on paper. He is a thief . Yet he didn’t steal not ONE thing from her. THERE IS SO MUCH REASONABLE DOUBT IN THIS CASE THAT ITS EMBARRASSING THAT THIS COUNTY PUT THIS INNOCENT MAN ON TRIAL. there was a person who ADMITTED TO THE MURDER. That in itself should have shown the prosecutors there was way too much work to be done. Why didn’t they zone in on the guy walking his puppy? Hes white that’s why. Why didn’t they choose the guy who admitted to the murder? Oh wait it’s because he’s Jewish and white and rICH and can hire powerful attorneys. Why did they zone in on Michael? He’s black, he likes cars with valuables. Has he ever stabs or killed anyone? Is he a violent offender? NO HE IS NOT HIS CRIMES ARE VICTIMLESS!!! This is a joke of a trial and the prosecutor should be ashamed of himself. It’s cases like this that birthed the very saying “WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME” this is an innocent man that could end up in prison for life and it’s a travesty!!!

@@rec.thecriticLMAO, you don’t know for fact he’s innocent or not. If he was innocent, he would have admitted to the police at any time during any one of these interviews that he infact did see the deceased woman. His own testimony is what will get him found guilty if the jury comes back with a guilty plea. Thankfully I have legal experience & have done more court cases than the majority of all these wannabe YT armchair attys & detectives. They held the ex boyfriend, which if you truly did watch the entire trial, you would know this, along with all the investigation they did to try to match the ex boyfriend to the crime, and wanted to. It would have been much easier to lock up the boyfriend & solve the case. They aren’t going out of the way to pin it on a “black man”, a 3x felon on car thefts alone, not to mention more than 10 years of continued arrests for other crimes. Had he been honest about what he saw & that he touched her that early morning, he wouldn’t be on trial. His own denial & continued lying is what got him charged.

He didn't say she was black bc her hair texture had already let him know she was another ethnicity. The prosecution case is weak. 1. Motive? 2. Why over kill? 3. Timeline of why her body was "cold & crusty" when he touched her? 4. Why ex-boyfriend admitted to k*lling her when the lady officer ask him to step out of his vehicle? He nearly wet his pants 5. How long does it take a body to be hard? 6. How much blood was around her? 7. Why would he touch her without gloves when he spen all night making sure he didn't touch door handles without gloves? 8. Why her car? What type of cars did she have? 9. Did the girlhfriend see him with a backpack before he left home or in the car?

Michael Jackson Bolanos is guilty of petty theft and of going into cars, but I believe that he did not commit murder. Having circumstantial evidence does not equate to one being guilty & there is way too much reasonable doubt. The Prosecution did not do a good job of proving that Jackson-Bolanos is guilty and they have the burden of proof. In addition, the Police Officer Chad Ossman (hope I spelled it correctly) was acting questionable on the stand when both the Defense Attorney & Prosecution asked him for clarity...Please find the real individual that committed the crime. Justice for Samantha Woll 🙏🏿

Is there a time that the pathologist gives for time of death. As you hve Jackson on cctv, would that not be relevant to time of death of this woman, and make him innocent of this murder. As I see it, Jackson did not kill this woman as he was buzy trying to break into cars clearly seen on cctv, that he was on the move and in clear sight of cameras, there was not a break in him not being on camera. He was walking around and never stopping for a long period. If he did do it he would have been off camera for sometime which is not indicated here. His mistake was checking on her and then putting himself in a very difficult situation. I pray you do get acquitted.

Well good luck with your case, the defense attorney definitely did his job and probably the prosecution job as well so sounds like to me at least that they meaning the prosecutor’s need to relook at the facts and evidence and charge the correct person who we all know who it is as well as they do so instead of putting the wrong person in prison for the wrong crime and not giving the family justice and closure is in fact an injustice to society
