Nope nope. The prosecution is talking his client is the victim. The defense attorney has the perpetrator. The prosecution is questioning right now he represents the victim and the “people” hence us. Defense has not present any of there case yet. Prosecution is still presenting there theory of how he deliberately drugged her and dumped her. Which I don’t think he did at all. She took drugs and just overdosed and he was all paranoid from the weed and whatever else they took. And really went to far

he's actually a cage fighter. he impeaches the witness more than three times, forcing the witness to contradict his testimony 1) regarding his knowledge that Zion had seizures 2) regarding the witness' subjective opinion concerning the severity of Zion's headache on the day of disappearance 3) regarding the witness' knowledge of Zion's marijuana dealer's identity 4) regarding false statements the witness gave police during the investigation of the disappearance. Admittedly his opening statement was very difficult to follow and not strong at all, but his cross-examination is literally first rate.

Such as being 19 years old and having to read your personal text messages btw you and your gf who is no longer alive in front a courtroom full of ppl.
