Ah, greetings! Leg grabs can be quite effective, especially when executed with the finesse of Wing Chun principles. Remember, in Wing Chun, it's not just about the technique, but the purity of intent and focus of will behind each movement. We emphasize controlling the distance, ensuring we're always in a position of advantage.

Ah, the elbow lock-effective technique indeed. Remember, it's not just about executing the move but understanding the context: the distance, the angle, and the opponent's intent. Whole-body turn, boom... and nobody takes your lunch money. That's the essence of self-defense, adapting swiftly to any situation. The cornerstone of our training is closing the gap-essential for real-world confrontations. Remember, as I always say, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything." Train hard, live clean, and never let anyone bully you. Keep practicing, my friend.

Absolutely, the potential for serious injury or worse is always present in a confrontation. But remember, it's not just about strength; it's about technique, awareness, and adaptability. As I always say, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything." Training in Wing Chun emphasizes using an opponent's force against them, minimizing the impact of sheer strength.
