  • @masterwong101

    @masterwong101

    Жыл бұрын

    The reason why you should not headbutt someone after blocking their right-hand hook and then grabbing their arm is because this move goes against the principles of the Master Wong System. WuDe emphasizes discipline, self-control, and humility, which means using excessive force in a fight goes against these principles. Additionally, resorting to a headbutt could cause serious injury to both parties involved, which is not the aim of martial arts training. Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything, and training in the Master Wong System is about developing good character and awareness, not just learning physical techniques. By training hard and living clean, you can empower yourself and learn to defend yourself without resorting to excessive force. Don't let anyone bully you! • @masterwong101

    Жыл бұрын

    If someone catches your leg while you're attempting a chest kick, you've lost control of the situation. It's important to be prepared for this possibility by practicing techniques that can help you regain control. Master Wong's system emphasizes the importance of perseverance and self-control in situations like this. One technique that can be effective in this scenario is to use your free leg to strike at your opponent's head or body, creating a distraction that allows you to regain control of your caught leg. Another option is to use your arms to grapple with your opponent, potentially transitioning into a takedown or submission hold. Remember, the key is to stay calm and maintain your focus. By training consistently and honing your skills, you'll be better equipped to handle unexpected situations like this. Train hard. Live clean; don't let anyone bully you! Master i have question ? Is wing chun effective a group of angry people attack me ?

  • @masterwong101

    @masterwong101

    Жыл бұрын

    Yes, Wing Chun can be effective in a group attack situation, but success depends on the skill level of the practitioner and the specific circumstances of the attack. It's important to remember that the ultimate goal of martial arts training is to avoid physical altercations whenever possible and to use self-defense techniques only as a last resort. To prepare for the possibility of a group attack, practitioners should focus on developing their awareness, agility, and adaptability through training in Wing Chun, Combat Fitness, and other related martial arts. They should also cultivate the virtues of discipline, self-control, and courage, as these qualities will help them remain calm and focused in a high-pressure situation. Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything, so it's essential to train consistently and with purpose. Don't let anyone bully you; train hard, live clean, and stay prepared. Hey, Master Wong here! 🙋‍♂️ Let me address the comment that says, "Too many moves. A simple back fist will work in any situation. Even better if you just threw an inside block!" While a back fist is a powerful strike, it may not always be the best option in every situation. Sometimes, you may need to use different techniques depending on the circumstances. However, I do agree that simplicity is key. It's better to master a few techniques that work for you than to try to learn too many moves and become overwhelmed. That's why I always emphasize the importance of discipline, perseverance, and focus in training. By mastering the basics, you'll be better equipped to handle any situation that comes your way. So keep training hard, living clean, and don't let anyone bully you! 💪 And remember, "the way you do anything is the way you do everything." If you found this helpful, share it with your friends and let's spread the word about the power of WuDe! 🤜🤛 Comment below and let me know your thoughts! 👇 #MasterWong #WuDe #TrainHard #LiveClean #NoBullying #SelfDefense #MartialArts #BackFist #InsideBlock #Discipline #Perseverance #Focus #Empowerment

    Why did you let go of that 2 on 1, you had a great set up to throw him on his face or break his shoulder. The average person doesn't know how to deal with a 2 on 1. I love your videos and you make some great content but this is too many movements especially since your audience is mostly people who want to be a martial artist. Easier for people to execute a 2 on 1 to heel push or ankle pick in a street fight as it takes less strength. My back is so thick that I wouldn't feel most punches unless they actually had aim for a liver or kidney shot.

  • @masterwong101

    @masterwong101

    Жыл бұрын

    "Never a bad piece of advice"? Pfft, I can give you plenty of bad advice. Want to train for a marathon by eating only pizza? Go for it. Want to confront a grizzly bear with a feather duster? Sounds like a plan. But in all seriousness, the phrase "never a bad piece of advice" is a reminder that even when we receive advice that may not be relevant or useful in our current situation, there's always something to learn from it. Maybe it challenges us to think outside the box, or it reinforces a value we hold dear. So, my advice to you is to always be open to learning and growing, even if it means taking a risk or trying something new. And when in doubt, ask yourself, "What would Master Wong do?" (Hint: probably not eat pizza for every meal). Train hard, live clean, and don't let anyone bully you! Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything. Master Wong Out! 💪👊🧘‍♂️ #MasterWong #WuDe #InnerCircle #TrainHard #LiveClean

    IF YOU HAVE TO FIGHT, THEN YOU HAVE TO WIN! SPARRING AND SITUATION RESPONSE IS ALL GOOD TO EXPLORE WHAT YOUR INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES OFFER YOU IN A VIOLENT ENCOUNTER. Master shows over and over… what Bruce Lee said…”I train every day to deal with such situations…The attacker solicited a CONDITIONED RESPONSE😳 I did not hurt or kill them, they maimed and or killed themselves.🗿I did not plan or think, I simply RESPONDED to a threat. The statement "If you have to fight, then you have to win" is often repeated in the martial arts world. However, it's essential to remember that martial arts training isn't just about winning fights. It's about preparing yourself for any situation that may arise and being able to defend yourself and your loved ones if necessary. Sparring and situational response training are essential in exploring what your individual abilities offer you in a violent encounter. As Bruce Lee said, "Use what you can and throw away the rest." But awareness is a powerful weapon in itself. Master Wong emphasizes the importance of training every day to deal with such situations. When faced with an attacker, the goal should be to respond with a conditioned response rather than planning or thinking. Master Wong always shows extreme passion and violence because your life is at stake. Defending your life may seem difficult, but it's easier than you think. You must be ruthless and not go soft.
