This sound helps me a lot, i remember when i am pregnant and had trouble in sleeping cause of anxiety and stress. The rain sounds calm my emotions. I almost named my daughter "rain" because it symbolizes the calm and peace that i feel whenever it rains or hear the sound of rain.

This is a great video. The sounds are relaxing and it feels and sounds so real if that makes sense. I fall asleep. I suffer from anxiety attacks and at night I start to panic to think I cant sleep. Then I can't breathe then I can't sleep. I put this sound on then my brain starts to calm down my breathing slows and I just go to a better place. Bless you for making these videos.

T'as complètement raison, même chose pour moi😢 je vis dans un appartement et c'est difficile d'entendre la pluie. Qd j'étais petite je vivais dans le village avec ma famille et nous avions une cabane à côté de la maison on allumait le feux et on profitait du bruit de la pluie sur le toit, je me rpl encore de ça et aujourd'hui j'essaie de dormir chq jrs avec ça, ca me détend et ca me rpl les bons moments 😊

I am having a bad day with my neurological condition and I'm grateful for something new to watch. I'm sure there's at least a few others watching who need this for more than a sleep aide. God bless those who are suffering here

I feel so lonely and as if I’m going through a silent depression. Rain helps ease my mind so I’m able to sleep. I’m in tears typing this because I have no one to turn to. If you’re reading this please pray for me and god bless you

I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. This music has helped her so much and really helps her see there are safe adults in this world. Thank you for such beautiful music. You are helping so many without even realising. My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.
