@@fa.ben-beauty1621 o i just make veggie stirfry a lot and I just tossed in those tofu sticks. They're a great addition. Not hard to use at all. I just crumble them in there and they absorb the moisture. pretty awesome

My dried beancurd rolls are really dry. I can’t cut them like this. What to do? Soak them first?

Hello, Maybe you can try to soak the beancurd first, that's what I do, it take quit long if you use tap water, If using hot water, you need to be more careful cause if too long, it can become mussy beacuse absorb too many water and cooked, i experience this when i sok dry beancurd sheet(not rolled one)

In most Asian food shops, these bean curd sticks come as a dry/dehydrated product. I recommend soaking them in cold to warm water (not hot), turning occasionally or using a weight to ensure they're submerged. Then they can be cut as shown at the start of the video. Hope that helps!
