I went through Dan's program and I healed. I also did neurofeedback with full brain cap. In six months I was about 80 percent better and over the course of two years I totally recovered. I had a one week relapse earlier this year but I rested, meditated for that week, spoiled myself and ate healthy and got better in a couple of weeks. The thing is, when she said all of those things didn't help her... Sometimes things are working but they are little pieces to the healing puzzle and they have a cumulative effect. I remember my neck was out of alignment after all of the tension in my muscles for so long and having it put back in alignment helped with the dizziness I was continuing to feel and when the dizziness disappeared, my nervous system calmed down further. Everything positive and healing you do for your body helps..it ALL helps, don't discount any of it. It is all working and adding to the balance of healing. Last year I spent three months traveling all over the world by myself. If you are reading this, I promise you, you will heal if you are consistent and committed to your healing and you believe in yourself and know that you can do it. Love your self, treat your self with love, forgive yourself and others who have hurt you. Its all part of the healing process. Love you.

I have had CFS since I was about 20. I’m now 66 years old. It comes and goes. These videos are really helpful. I’ve gotten worse in the last three years. I suspect Sars Cov-2 exposure has triggered this last episode. These videos are really helpful.

The low stomach acid is a result of an unbalanced gut microbiome, where your bad bacteria has taken over your good bacteria and patient may get parasites or yeast infection. I healed mine with garlic, oregano oil, enzymes and Betaine HCL. And her Doctor for her Massage situation was right, it was a Herxheimer reaction from a deep tissue massage. Her lymphatic drainage system, kidney and liver was still Healing and it wasn’t able to keep up draining all the toxins from a deep tissue massage & the body went to a shock. Or it could have been a mitochondrial disruption from healing, That’s why we have to let the body take its time to get to 💯 percent homeostasis before doing anything drastic. I am not a doctor this knowledge is just for my own journey and sometimes with this illness we become smarter than our own doctors. Keep on going there’s a better version of yourself awaiting for you.❤️‍🩹

I wish Dan would show more care about some pretty sad things such as her grandparents charging her interests (he barely cared about that. Just didn't have any reaction whatsoever. Pretty sad)... And I wish he would not keep laughing about some serious things such as Bulimia. I wish Kristin gave this interview with another host. Kristin, you deserve a higher quality interview and a more understanding person. Best to you both.

I have a question. Cfs has such a broad spectrum of symptoms and some people with cfs have severe and others mild. Do yoh believe some who get diagnosed with mild cfs don't actually have cfs and maybe it's more mental exhaustion or something? My friend got diagnosed with cfs yet has always worked full time and exercised at high intensity. He had fatigue and other mild tms symptoms. Even he questioned if the cfs diagnosis was correct. Not relevant to this video just wanted to know your thoughts

This is just my personal opinion David - but I'd say PEM (Post Exertional Malaise) is a key symptom of CFS/ME. It's a fundamental huge change when the illness starts, often very quickly. I went from running 4 miles a day to being unable to walk, within 2 months. Running used to give me energy, but once CFS/ME set in, the PEM caused any physical activity to exhaust me instead. And I'm talking exhaustion beyond anything remotely "normal" it's really extreme, like wheelchair sometimes. I'd say anyone who can work full-time and exercise at high intensity does not have CFS. Although should be careful not to develop it. But... like I said that's just my opinion man 😄

I my self have CFS and I’m on my journey upward. And to David’s question I agree with the other guys answer because when a person have CFS you’ll know after an intense work out that PEMalaise. I use to be an athlete to bedridden and had to leave my job eventually. But now in recovering. But to all my warriors out there we will rise again 💪🏼

Hi Jackie - I started publishing recovery stories where people recover in all different ways and I still continue to do so. So no, Kristin was not in the ANS REWIRE program. However, I would suggest that she still engaged in techniques that you might describe as REWIREing of her nervous system.
