Pool table for sure! We always had a pool table and fooseball table growing up. My mom's house still has a pool table. It just something u never get tired of and everyone enjoys. While ping pong is also fun. I'd put a pool table in that room and then maybe ping pong table on the back patio if you have enough space with a roof out there. You can never go wrong with a pool table with friends and family.

Didn’t read the comments yet, but you could have a billiards table in that room and a ping pong table that folds up in your garage. There are quality ones out there. That’s what our family has. My husband and I are serious about both with our teenage sons. Competitive family. 😂Friends love the two different spaces. We live two hours southeast from you in TN. Weather is nice enough to open the garage and have a ping pong and billiards tournaments 9 mo. out of the year. 🎉Billiards tables need the consistent temp of indoors so it doesn’t warp. I see a perfect plan coming together! Great video! Appreciate your inspiration with your cleaning routine! 👏

POOL TABLE IS THE BEST!! GET ONE! we have a pool table in our basement and finished our basement last week and it looks sooo cozy and amazing now!! and put a tv there too and a radio to blast music :)! and a fireplace :) thats what we did and best thing ever we did :)

Good tip: make sure your toaster, microwave AND your coffee machine is cleaned they're the 3 biggest neglected items to clean esp inside the microwave and coffee machine (a flush through rinse/clean)

Get the one that’s a pool table but it comes with a ping pong table attachment so when you wanna play pool, you remove the top and there’s your pool table and when you wanna play ping-pong, you just attach the top and there’s your ping-pong table

There are pool tables that come with a ping pong table top and you can interchange what you wanna play

I will definitely recommend a pool table because if you start having bosses and decorations here and there and picture frames that you don't want guests or even you guys missed the opponent and throw the ping-pong ball and breaking stuff it's going to suck, it's just a lot wiser to get a pool table wink😊

They make combination pool and ping pong tables i believe. i think the pool table gets covered by a seperate attachment table with the net to convert to ping pong

Get a pool table, and then get removable ping pong table boards that you can set on top of pool table when you want to play ping pong. That is what my family had done and we loved it! Then you have both!!
