Hi Dee Nice to see ya again! The phrase "calm down" is a BIG trigger for me too! So a good friend of mine came up with something better that DOES calm me down without me freaking out, she just tells me to STHU and Get a Grip lol I always end up laughing so it does work for me :)

This video was “low-budget” because here in the US, were still in quarantine as things are not looking any better. So instead of just staying home and trying to stay positive for themselves, PTX decided to spend some times together and make a E.P about staying at home and spread a little positivity for everyone in the world and specifically America while the whole crew film, sing, discuss, and compose at home.
