For this episode, I went to visit my friend Tom Pages in Spain. We had the craziest week-end jumping jumps in a buggy, firing with shotgun, riding his old BMX and visiting his training compound.
We also sat down with Tom to talk about his carreer : How do you become one of the most creative FMX riders in the world? What Does It Take to overcome the fear of doing backflips? And how do you manage the process after your brother crashes and one of your best friend dies?
The learnings of this episode with Tom Pages are incredible. He told me about his rivalry with his brother, the mindset you need as a world class athlete, mental illness and self doubt.
