10 minutes morning routine - Fix your back problems

I've had chronic back problems my whole career and this simple 10 min morning routine has been helping SO MUCH!
Do it everyday and you'll notice the difference really quickly!

    Matthias I have memorized your routine and do it 5+ times a week. It's helped me with bmx and jiu jitsu

    Chi Gong ... gets the subtle energy flowing. Yoga is all about _breathing into_ the positions, energy again The more subtle the better; the more brute the less effective

    T plus flexible que ma grand mere meme si tu fais pas de triple backflip! Dans mon enfance tout le monde qui ont peur d'essayer disaient toujours MA GRAND MERE FAIT MIEUX QUE TOER! Ton video street était trop cool. Ca paraissait que cest pas la tu ride le plus juste a cause des trucs plus imaginatif que des combos a la tony hawk.😅😅
