Here in Brazil government are very corrupt, especially about this case of 2014 with Fifa, and he is talking about this in the song, everyting with Amazonia too, resumed is about corruption 😅 this man with so many cars and just cares about "the beautiful game"(socker) i imagine could be about our president or something like this

6 cars refers to how he’s rich, with a grizzly bear is because sep blatter is Russian, and they’re known for their bears I guess? And the river I think is a reference to Rio as that’s where the fifa World Cup took place and ruined many peoples lives down there.

yeah my best guess right now is that its about brazil and fifa. they sold themselves out and the song is about them sacrificing their nation and their dignity for this corrupted version of the game they love. Thats why he says "dont you wanna play the beautiful game out in brazil?" when the truth is maybe they shouldnt want to.

International corruption from the point of a teen, angsty that they (the teen) cannot “live up to the potential” set by their parents because of the whole climate. The line with the grizzly bear is supposed to be outlandish because it’s the tales you are told by other neighborhood kids about the rich. It’s supposed to tie into how a teen feels upset and taken advantage of by governments and he ties it into the Brazil scandal with the 2018 (?) FIFA World Cup. At least, that’s what I interpret it as. Edit - and the line about not being able to see is supposed to tie into how the person at the head of this corrupt government/corporation cannot see the corruption he is causing amongst the people. And while this seems inhuman, he is “just like me.”

Ele explicou que a parte "He talks like an angel, but he looks like me" e o refrão em si fala sobre o (antigo) presidente da FIFA Sepp Blatter e sua forma de vida extravagante, e como ele fez algumas coisas "ruins" para levantar dinheiro pra corporação dele e isso o fazia parecer acima da lei, como um ser sobrenatural, tipo um "anjo", mas que na verdade ele é apenas um ser humano comum e uma pessoa horrível.

Resumindo: eles gastam muito dinheiro por causa da FIFA ao invés de se preocupar com a Amazônia. (Não sei explicar muito bem,mas isso é uma parte do assunto relatado.)
