Hello, I have a technical question if you would please help me understand. Does the deck become completely waterproof after the Base Coat? How about the intermediate? If it rains hard between these two or after intermediate but before the finished coat, is there a chance of leaks? Thank You.

Thanks for the question! We offer a 5+5 year warranty. Yet, if the deck is properly maintained it can last up to 30 years.

I have a small upstairs deck that needs to be sealed up. Below it, is a storage area so would be nice not to have water drip into it from above. I store lawn furniture in there. The deck is about 100 sq ft in size, just boards close together, but no plywood sheeting. These boards have gaps in between. If you were to do that same treatment, plywood, wire netting, stucco... how much would that be approximately? The sides of the deck have open gaps all around, with a wooden rail for safety. How would the water drain from deck? I guess you could squeegee it off, right? Then seal up the stair structure below to create a nice storage area below deck. Do you folks use any waterproofing membrane like Schluter Kerdi membrane over the plywood?

Marush Denchev - in the beginning there ABS pipe and you can see the holes under the week screen. Hope this helps even though it’s months old lol

One month , that's basically cement with glue , and that will crack a lot , I have 20 working with waterproof material, and this is the worst, because has nothing to hold or to prevent from cracking

The problem with these videos is they never say the price they charged, or where we can buy the product if we wanted to do it ourselves.
