She isolated her victim from those who care about her, spent her money with abandon even on a day of her death, went on fishing expeditions with detective and texts to ex about the very poison she used... The verdict is just, and I'm with the judge that she probably poisoned her all along, which is why poor Lyn was so sick all the time.

The lawyer was in cohootz with the aide. I can’t do anything. All her asserts were depleted the day she died. While my aunt was in a coma and after death checks were being written. They don't even do a complete panel. They can check through blood work if you had a heart attack. I have a rare disease and went to the ER. I had a heart attack and was not treated for it. My specialist found it from my blood work. The doctors are horrible in AZ. So are most of the nurses. I've been given rx in my iv, been told nothing can be done and I'm wasting their time. I had one ER dr say they couldn't get ahold of my specialist and asked what is my usual treatment. I told her and she actually listened, gave me the infusion and medication. Even though she didn't know what to do, I appreciated her being honest. If she would have released me I would have gotten worse and it would take me months to get back to being able to stand.

Yep. But physicians don't often think their patients are being poisoned. Look at the recent case of the dentist (Jim Craig) who poisoned his wife. They ran test after test, and only figured it out because one of the dentist's employees had intercepted the cyanide and said something. I doubt it would have been solved otherwise...

In her will, Lynn determined that after her death, her assets be divided between Jessie and Anthony. So why would she suddenly go ahead and give all her money to Jessie? Lynn was mentally competent and could've simply changed her will if she had decided that Jessie should be the sole heir.

These criminals think they are so clever but their body language and certain remarks give them away everytime. Not to mention concrete evidence. She never deserved the love Lynn showed her. RIP Lynn.
