“Giggles in pain”-best description ever
The grind, attrition, and determination; Dave Tate giving instruction...what more could a lifter ask for?
I'm so impressed with her no complaints, strong willpower. She's a badass for real!!

@@pattol666 I agree. I thought for sure Dave was throwing her to the wolves so to speak with that 15 reps, but she found a way to get it without excuses or complaints. That's why sometimes women are more coachable than men. Not always, but sometimes.

Could turn this into a documentary, show some behind the scenes of the lifters and what they're thinking before and after. I'd buy it
The production quality is really top tier these days guys. I remember the early table talks and all their technical difficulties
Elitefts produces the best powerlifting related content out there hands down!
After you guys release all of these you should make it into a full series on like a dvd or download in one full “movie” kinda.

Dvd, now thats something I haven't heard about in a long time lol, almost as dead as vhs hehe
I just love this so much. The training ethos of teaching what hard training really feels like is on point. This could open so many people's mind as to why they aren't progressing. Man what I would give for training like this!
So my deadlift day are a breeze... that mad intensity is at the point where it's amazing and scary at th same time
Damn I miss the gym. Thanks for this Dave.
That woman really works hard...admire her ethic
Imagine playing the part "ASS ASS ASS ASS HOLD IT" from your speakers and your parents walk in
Hits like in the countdown! Love this series..
You think you know how to train hard, and then Dave comes in and shows you a whole new world of pain! Amazing! Really impressed by those athletes!
Mr. T. Thank you very much for the content. I hope you or someone from your team will read this & pass it on to you. I have never trained or competed in powerlifting. I do like watching it. Do to your passion for the sport & the science behind powerlifting that you make so easy to understand, that makes me want to try powerlifting, compete & have you as my coach. Dave your team/channel are in a single digit category in the community that provides superior information with passion & integrity. It is wonderful to have a channel and team that cares in an environment where there is a lot of channels that are only out to try to make 💰! Keep it up & Thank You Again!
Than You! I hope everyone knows how lucky we are to have Elitefts sharing all the knowledge they do. Dave tate is an absolute hero of Powerlifting ☘️
Love this! - Really helpful, with some great info, and filmed well!
Best episode yet sir. Good work
This is the episode I've been waiting for!
I could listen to Dave teach/motivate all day long. I learn something every time.
This video is a legit roller coaster of emotions, my heart was racing 😂💪🏼
Loved the series. It would be good to see a version with intermediates/beginners and watch dave work out there technical issues on the fly
Best editing I've seen in a while!
You the man Dave. God bless you

The Fargo clip 🤣🤣
Fuck yeah! I gotta step shit up
When I started powerlifting I felt like power is all that I wanted. Then I noticed that there is nothing amazing or impressive about a big and thick or even fat person lifting a lot of weight unless it's 3 or more times your own weight. You cannot even begin to call yourself strong until you can deadlift 3 times your own weight. After I won a couple of my competitions I switched my training to powerlifting/bodybuilding and thats when everything changed and my numbers started to go up even more. I used Stan Efferding's training methods as he was the strongest bodybuilder/powerlifter in the world who actually competed in both sports. Now to see a person half the size of a big and thick or fat person pick up the same or even more weight and aesthetically looks good, that's very impressive to see !
this is training :)
so brutal
Question about the block height; why so high? Are these primarily multiply competitors? It seems like it’s too high for raw lifters considering how much it changes the starting position from the bottom. Genuinely curious

Just to kill us
How much was Bianca pulling there for fifteen? She’s hella strong; pound for pound, easily the strongest there.
I was seeing stars just watching this.
People dont do enough high rep deadlifts. Shits killer.
Rip Mr Meadows!
Rest in Peace
Pain don't hurt.
I am glad I saw this after I thought I had a hard deadlift day... clearly I need to step it up a bit😅 I only went up to 365 for 2 and these monsters are just reping this like it’s nothing
Close your eyes and just listen to Dave's commentary as they lift
How did you know whit what weight to do 15reps with?
this is the funniest video i have ever seen
There's two sets of this...
This looks like misery. I need to do it.
9:15 lmaooooo
I need to experience this suck

No one cares about pound for pound unless they're trying to clickbait, pad their ego, or compare men vs women. You shouldn't do any of those.

@@alexmilburn4261 I just read a study (it was about Transgendered people) that concluded that men and women with the same lean body mass can lift comparable weights. So "pound for pound" is a bit misleading, but she is still strong as hell.

@@alexmilburn4261 Just as an aside comment. DT said something about the girl able to do 50 reps at one weight, then add 5 lbs and she can only do 5... This same article said that was one if the main differences between men and women. And recovery time. Med do a 1rm and they are toast for the rest of the day. Women do a 1rm and they can do it again an hour later.
I KNOW HOW TO DEWDLIFT PICKUP A CHAIR AND LIFT!
"You guys can't ask shit now"
The chain weight would only full count if he lifted it all of the ground lol
@ 9:18 😆🤘 sucks to be y’all
I really thought this was gonna be a man dying as a result of the lift
If the chains are still on the ground then any calculations you do aren't accurate. That and the noise are the reason I don't like using chains.
Watching this has shown me that my ME days are completely subpar, and I need to puke once I get my gym set up.
There is no reason to go this hard unless its an AMRAP day. This will completely F*&^ the rest of your split for the weak. Don't do this.
