Ingredients:
Milk- 1 cup (240ml)
Oil- 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp (30g)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp (5ml)
Vinegar- 1 tbsp (15ml)
All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1.5 cup (180g)
Sugar- 3/4 cup (100g)
Baking powder -1 tsp (5g)
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp (2.5g)
Coffee powder - 1 tbsp (15gm)
Salt - 1/2 tsp (2.5g)
Ganache:
Heavy cream- 1 cup (240ml)

Hi ! This looks absolutely delicious. Can this ( same measurement) be baked in a 9 inch Bundt pan? If yes then how long do I need to bake it for ?

Yes you can, Bake it for 180 C/350 F for 18-20 min.
What to do if wet ingredients turn mushy Before adding to dry ingredients ?

thats totally fine, it happens that wet ingredients curdle during the process but nothing to worry about.

@@bellytimberhouse thanks! I made it today. The cake was very perfectly moist as per my liking but the ganache tasted bitter. What could have caused that? Can you tell what kind of chocolate to use exactly? I used 70% dark chocolate.

@@tinagill1000 I'm happy that you liked the cake. Whenever you make ganache you should use 53% dark chocolate. 70% will be bitter. Hope it helps :)

I used heavy whipping cream with 33% milk fat. Brand was great value.

This cake is good for 2 days without a fridge. after 2 days you need to wrap up it in a cling foil/paper and store it in the fridge.

Death by chocolate has multiple layers with chocolate ganache/liquid chocolate and dutch truffles are not sweet and they are covered from dark chocolate. All sweetness comes from natural coco powder.

@@shamitha.c3436 Temperature would be 180 C or 350 F and time may vary. Ideally, it should take 15-18 minutes if you are baking in a baking tray. If you use traditional cake pots, it may take up to 40 mins.
