Finally, my first new cover for 2022.
Let me tell you what a journey it was to make this. I planned to release this last month, but my laptop screen broke one morning while it was still unfinished. I had to wait TWO WEEKS for it to be repaired and returned to me. Now it’s back and I’m behind on all my work - and there’s loud, long thunderstorms all day when I want to record. It will not stop raining where I live.
Anyway. Please enjoy the song that the universe did not want me to make: Dear My Friend from one of my favourite ever games, Sonic Unleashed.

This song was my first chosen to ever sing to in the high school talent show a few years ago since around that time I was missing a closest friend who already left to university. Still a soothing and emotional song.

I'm in a constant state of trying to find slow covers of all my favorite songs and my goodness, to say that you nailed it would be an understatement! The harmonies, the clarity of voice, the small vocal accents and the instrumental track itself is just gorgeous. My memories cry for times past, but my heart is peaceful. Thank you for sharing

this is killer!! Theres almost NO covers of this song, and this blew me away! amazing job.
Such a beautiful cover. The soft and high piano backs up the vocals perfectly. Especially in the beginning it starts off softly, setting the mood and then grows stronger and deeper reaching a high point before becoming calmer. The vocals are also great, the higher notes came out really well and I love how you sing the "stretched" words, don't know how to describe it. It's a really nice cover to sing along or just play in the background.
This brings back memories .... 💙💙💙

I'M STILL STUCK ON THE STUPID DESSERT PART. THOSE STUPID WIZARDS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY, ESPECIALLY THE ONES ON FIRE! Besides that, it's my favorite Sonic game.
I always thought this song would have been nice to hear at a graduation or at the end of a camp program or something. Wonderful arrangement!

This is such a spectacular cover! And a part of me feels like this song fits for Sonic and Sally as well. They went through so much together since they were little kids that they just had this unbreakable bond. It took the universe getting rewritten TWICE (and the will of God/SEGA) to get rid of their romantic relationship and even then they were such great friends it almost didn't matter.

Wow, is this _ever_ not the song I thought it was. I thought it was a cover of the Every Little Thing song; wouldn't shock me to see that in a video game.
