I use Kerry FermCap S prior to the wort coming to a boil. It says use 3 drops per gallon so the bottle will last you the rest of your life 😂

I have wondered if a couple of Gas-X pills would do the same thing… silicone compound breaking the surface tension!
Five Star Defoamer, a tiny bottle, will last a lifetime.
