I’m the mother of a stillborn daughter. This was 37 years ago, I’m still stunned that I outlived one of my children. But to have another person decide your child will not live another day, that’s a sorrow I can’t fathom. My anger would never end. The very least that is owed them is justice because there will be no “closure”.

Hmm, momma got replaced really quick after the divorce, and daddy got custody of the kids? Mr. Musician must have had a side piece when he was divorcing her mom. Yeah, she was primed to hook up with a control freak and abuser--- from childhood.

When you see how devoted the father was to his son and what a deep beautiful love he had it tears at your heart. All children should be so fortunate as to have such parents. I certainly pray for justice and for peace for the whole family. The people that did this have to live with it and will one day face the judgement of God.

I bet Kevin was just a wonderful!!! If my parents loved me even 1/2 this much I’d be sooooo happy. Instead I’m 43, both parents are alive and well but I’m an orphan. Took me over 10 years to except but I do now. Still hard tho. Dream about my parents every night. I hope this family is doing ok. They all seem delightful. RIP Kevin!!

As the father of a 20 year old girl seeing the pain and sorrow of Jesse’s dad was almost overwhelming. There’s something very unique about the love a father has for his daughter. Imagining his loss struck fear in my heart. I hope he has the comfort that can only come from God. God is the author of life and there will be a resurrection one day for all who believe in Jesus. If it weren’t for my faith I wouldn’t survive that kind of tragedy.

Jessie’s dad crying rips my heart to shreds. When he talked about waking from a nightmare about her…ugh. Just so horribly sad to know your daughter was strangled to death by a man she loved and what her last thoughts must have been. Kevin’s mom is obviously still shattered. Kevin’s dad seems to be angry and I hope he gets justice for his son. I just feel so blessed to have my kids alive and healthy. I don’t think I could be as strong as any of these parents are.

I understand completely Mr Harris; I am doing the same. 1907 days since my Beau was killed, he was a child and had his life stolen from him; fight for him everyday and seek justice. For the same reasons, so I can lay him to rest; for us, so I can rest. I feel for those in big cities, who have never lived been in or spent a long time away in the country. I have lived around and in major cities -NYC, Boston, DC; the peace and clarity being the country can give is not something anything else can do; maybe being on the ocean or up alone in a plane in the sky; the latter I don't find calming . . . . Grief is love Love never ends.

Whoa, that last one is the only one new to me. So bizarre. I wish they would have divulged whether any unknown DNA was found on Kelly. It seems unlikely but would be a nice detail to know.

She is probably guilty, but a prosecutor saying that a lack of evidence is itself evidence of how cunning and smart the perpetrator was, is scary!

His mama and dad … their shattered heart is evident. My 3 young adults and 2 grand babies are my EVERYTHING….
