isn't the lightning strike only a 50 percent change of it showing up on unblockable strike? would be a lot of restarts if it wasn't reliable.

It doesn't specifically say the chance percentage. But yes, it took me several restarts to get the lightning strikes
everything is great, my only complaint would be the excessive use of smoke bombs.
