I love how highly respected you seem to be amongst the highest echelon of the watchmaking industry Marc. It is obvious how deeply respectful you are to all those that you interview but it is such a pleasure to see it is clearly returned to you with such genuine warmth. I would hazard a guess that these friendships and personal relationships began forming long before you decided to make theWatchesTV and your courtesy and hard work have obviously paid off. Well done Marc, you deserve all of the success that you are experiencing and will endure in the years to come. Thank you for sharing it with those of us of, shall we say, a slightly lesser privilege, as you allow us the chance to see this very special and exclusive part of life, shaped by your unbridled enthusiasm, which we would otherwise never get to see. Jean-Marc Wiederrecht in the beginning seconds of the video :) DB28GS is sensational. That illumination mechanism is such a sight, I cannot get enough of it. DB28 Yellow Tones on the other hand is another stunning piece. It looks like a gold watch, but much lighter. The yellow gives it a whole new character IMHO which is awesome.

Probably a long, long, long time. LEDs don't heat up when they emit light, so they have a long lifespan. Even consumer LEDs have a lifespan of 20 years.

Wow, a sleeper diving watch! How deep can it go, 10 ATM?

Where does the name De Bethune come from? Well, the Yellow Tones couldn't had been gold anyway due to the design of the case.

i like that they use screws with their logo, so many watches take away from their impact by using regular screws. if your spending thousands to millions on a watch the last thing you want to see is screws that look like they came from a hardware store. more brands need unique and artistic screws.

Why do everybody act surprised that a mechanical movement could power LED? It's called dynamo.
