That 3D editor will be crazy useful. I don't know how many hours I spent trying to place units exactly where I wanted to jump back and forth between the editor and the game! Cannot wait for this.

@@blackfalco33 Theres Olympus too, which gives you the "God" mode and allows you to place units etc and explosions while a map being played, makes it almost like a dynamic campaign. Suppose it makes you like a D&D Gamemaster.

I am actually so excited for the 3D mission editor. Its always tough to envision what everything will look like and the only solution being to launch the mission. I am unbelievably happy about that.

Hello Andrei, I hope you feel better soon. I yelled out a big "YESSS" when you talked about the new replay capabilities and said that you "do hope that one of those capabilities is a scroll bar, forward and back". I wholeheartedly agree and hope so as well. Thanks for another great video.

Love your videos! some constructive feedback: could you add the titles of the current subject in the video timeline? (like if you hover over the timeline with the mouse you can see what subject is discussed at what time in the video). this is especially useful if i want to know something about a specific subject, but don't care about another one for example.

I'm super excited for all the new content and upgrades for accessibility and mission editing! Honestly, ED needs to redo the voiceover for a lot of module training missions. It certainly couldn't be hard to find a voice actor who doesn't sound like a confused elderly gent suffering from aphasia. The script is fine, but it's hard to learn when your trainer changes up how system names are pronounced each training mission.

Hope that the Vulkan API really come this year, I know it helped me with X-Plane 11, so I hope it will help me with DCS, but that 3D editor will come in handy for mission creators

Replay? A scrollbar forward and back yeah but a bomb-proof way of faithfully reproducing the action as well!!

Yeah, 3D mission editor is much needed. I know it was a far simpler game, but the old IL2 had it and it was wicked nice for making missions. I'm kinda sad about the ray tracing news though; they just got frame rates and performance under control, and then now you're going to add another thing that will kill FPS.

Can you do the thing where the timeline bar is split up by topic because alot of the time I dont care about some of the stuff and I just want to skip to what catches my eye in the title.

Just so you know, you don't get sick from cold temperatures otherwise I would never be healthy.

What would a world map actually give us? I'm not convinced really. No harm in it, but not sure how it will make the game better. Unless of course you happen to like spending 10 hours refueling trans-Atlantic hops with a squadron etc. Nothing wrong with that of course.

Wait did I interpret too much into this or is the web editor now actually affiliated with ED, like similar to third party modules?
