Maybe not the first season. But seasons two to seven could definitely use a recap since the tone of the show has gotten lighter and a bit controversial.
this show used to be so good. now it’s just a shell of its former self

Don't know why everyone hates season 1. Was my favorite. I miss captain cold, the original captain cold. Don't like the citizen cold, to much of a goody good. Has no depth to his character.

I just realized that... Rip Hunter, White Canary, Captain Cold and Heatwave "don't fly." Atom, Firestorm, Hawkman and Hawkgirl "can fly."

The Captain Cold of this serie is horrible

Recap is better than the very serie. This serie isn't very good unlike the Flash or Arrow

I'd say season (series) one is above average. But, it's more memorable than seasons (series) four and five in my opinion. Hell, it's more watchable than seasons (series) 6 and 7.
