Being Russian myself, I have to say her accent is pretty spot on, and her insistence of feeding even an “enemy” is very factual, and her calling pasta macaroni. Good job 👏🏽

Being of Slavic origin, I have to say, it is not that hard to speak English in such a way...Of course that comes naturally to me, but even Americans can do that with ease... And I wasn't aware that you Russians call pasta macaroni...We don't use the word pasta but we say macaroni or spaghetti... How can you call spaghetti macaroni? And you are quite right on the insistence to feed everyone, even the enemy...That is in the genes of East Slavs and South Slavic people... I don't know if West Slavs have that in their blood.

But their whole rivalry(?)/enemity(?) made no sense. Since, she knew Natasha was part of Avengers, and Hawkeye was her BFF, and she was even God mother to his children. Then a strange lady ambushes her and tells her "Hey...sorry your sister died. Hawkeye killed her. Trust me." If I was a well trained assassin whose whole job is to stalk her prey and learn all she can before striking, I would do a little fact checking of my own and then find out hey...freaky umbrella lady is a lying piece of fruitcake. And even if say all the evidence were doctored to point towards Hawkeye killing my sister, and I sincerely believed he killed her, why the hell would I not kill the guy just because he whistled? Him reminding me of my dead sister, who I believe he killed, will only make me pull that trigger until the magazine went dry.

Two coins same side shows, BTW I once did smack my hand in my car,. thinking door was further out I put out my hand and really hit door too fast. numbed all 4 fingers OUCHIIE for about 20 min::wringing hand multiple times to clear off the pain?:: not fun atall so yelena was in true pain !

Kate and Yelena will make an incredible Hawkeye & Black Widow 2.0. With only a little onscreen time they have become an iconic duo and the chemistry is off the charts. Natasha and Clint have great chemistry but these two are in a different league.

Which is funny when you realize both actresses (and Tom Holland) born the same year.

They give off a good Hawkeye and black widow relationship they picked great actors to play these roles I'm happy about their inclusion

She really is one of the best actresses working today.

I love the way you break everything up into segments and mix them around instead of shadowing the full scenes. Just really brings it together. They should’ve done the whole series like this

This to me was one of the highlights of Phase four. It didn't try to be anything more than what it was and it brought these two together. We just need more of these two for phase 5 and 6

I respectfully disagree. Hawkeye was my favorite Marvel show. Like I get that it's not a terribly high bar, but it was just a super fun ride. And yes, these two were the highlight of it. Their interactions were just pure gold.

1) Yelena was literally mind controlled and was kidnapped and forced into assassin training - she had no agency, but that is not true with Clint, he CHOSE to go out and kill other people, no one forced him to do it. 2) Yelena knows she’s not a hero and she doesn’t expect anyone to treat her like it either, as she even said to Natasha once, she’s not the killer little girls look up to - Clint meanwhile is being treated like a hero and is lying to everyone about his activities killing folks.
