the difference is that a cowboy does all those jobs on horseback and he eats in the saddle and sleeps in the saddle when need be.

I think the Ranch Hand only stays at Ranch do hand jobs!

How much muscle do you have to use to catch them? (When roped right away) I would guess a lot but I've never rope.

Pretty much a lot.... Man handle them n tie em down then on to the next.... Your pretty much fighting for yourself and your horse to be safe because these wild cattle will run at you and try n hit you n hurt you....
