On a chilly day they will get a little aired up and cold backed ! We had just over 200 head to care for where I worked. Some will resist this procedure. I love taking care of them.
Im sure he does not mind that trade, help dad with the horses outdoors instead of going to school. I would take that trade any day.

Best part was seeing your mom and dad!
This is a great family. My dad has passed in ‘74, he was the horseman, mom passed in ‘20 and she was always right by his side when I was really little. Love watching this video.
Being a member of the old farts club myself, I can say I can relate. God bless you for sharing something so precious that i will likely never see in my life time. You made my day.
These videos are literally the highlights to my weeks ! And if you don’t post I rewatch the last one and all the shorts ! I feel So connected to the dream !

I am so glad you enjoy them. 👍
I’m from Cincinnati Ohio where we have restaurants called Skyline and Gold Star chili where they have chili cheese coneys and three ways. Get your mind out of the gutter lol. A three way is spaghetti with chili and cheese. So I grew up eating even home made chili with spaghetti and cheese. I had no idea that was a Cincinnati thing until I got older. My wife being from Texas thought it was the weirdest thing but now she likes it. I encourage you to try it if you never have. Thx for sharing.

Actually my wife makes chili sometimes and other times she makes Cincinnati chili which is a different recipe and is served over spaghetti noodles. I guess it’s a real thing. 😁
This is amazingly great to watch! Thank you so much sir for letting us take these journeys with u Best wishes

You are very welcome.
Always appropriate, never boring, always expending my world, Great Job, and really fine meeting Dad, Mom, and your son. Families are important. May God continue to give you, peace, His Prosperity; and may you continue to make videos.
Thanks for the video. Fun and interesting. The "Old Farts Club" could also be called the "Over the Hill Gang". That's what we used to call the guys (my husband included), who would go out together and spend several days camping and horseback riding the old trails. Only one of them was younger than 65. Some of those guys were practically born on a horse. The oldest one celebrated his 90th birthday on a trail ride.
Your videos are great…. Love the “Old Farts Club”….. Beautiful scenery and beautiful horses….

Well. My son was not sad to skip school and help. Thats for sure. 😄
You're blessed to still have your mom and dad around. Course you know that. Thank you Trinity for reminding me what it was like. Good job cowboy and God Bless.
One of the best ranching videos. Family pitching in gitin er dun. It’s the way of life on the ranch. Outstanding. Thanks for posting.
I love your moms hoody. Save the babies
Man you have a very cool family your son likes to mess with the horses good job
I hope they all get good placements. I was a guest ranch wrangler in the 1990's. I LOVE a dependable guest horse! They were my buddies, my co-workers! Sometimes they knew more English than my guests!

Love the videos with your family 👪
You did the shots so quick, they didn't even flinch!
Very nice bunch of horses. We vaccinated the beef cattle, swine, etc, but it seemed like the dairy herd was always getting some vaccine. They get a lot more then the beef. Corn bread is great with chili, I agree with your son the chip is an excellent spoon for chili. Stay safe and healthy.
I eat my chili from a bowl too, BUT, cowboys, at least the tv cowboys, used plates. Watching this video reminded me of the times I helped my uncle shoe horses. Thank you for sharing your family❤
Great Job Family 🦅
Beautiful horses, great family!😊

I have to say I LOVE this video! Your mom, Dad and son are so down to earth!! Thank you for making these videos!! The horses are the stars. They are Beautiful!
Swell show 👀❣. So Long!! from Toronto Canada 🤠- 2/26/23
Patrice patience 🙏🙏🙏 make it enjoyable for your son to learn.... He will pass that on some day. Great Job!!! 😭 praise them and see how far you get with that. Young adults grow up fast but take it slow and take the time. Priceless 🙏
I remember when I was growing up my grandparents had a cattle ranch. I remember going over and helping them work the cows. They had grow out Holstein heifers and some beef cows. The would dehorn and castrate and vaccinate. I remember helping fill up the syringes. Unfortunately they sold the ranch. I wish I had an opportunity to do that again. I enjoyed it so much even though it was a lot of work. You all are so blessed to live the life you live. Thanks for sharing. Take care, see ya :)
Chips, cheese, sour cream,& your chili, is called pepper belly’s. A western way to enjoy chili. Spaghetti pasta, cheese, onions, chili, is called Cincinnati chili. Both ways are good flavors. 😊
Reminded me of when I was a kid growing up in Michigan. The neighbors were raising race horses and I’d help them out doing this every year. Other than the stallions you never knew the horses that well because the mares would only come into the farm to birth, and remain until the colts were weaned. Then they’d usually get back to training. I hadn’t thought about that in 30+ years. Great video.

Just watched your lovely video while having my lunch. I wormed my Jack Russell this morning, it was very traumatic, I think it would have been easier to worm your 100 plus horses! You asked how you eat a chili, here in England we tend to have it served on rice, looked very good though, I know what's for dinner tonight! Theresa
Enjoyed watching, beautiful, and God bless your family!
Great to see so many horses getting shots and wormed...and for the most part ..all did a great job...your son especially!! Good days work ..and everyone on board that could be...love seeing the "old guys".. beautiful old mule...
Thanks for posting up a great family involved video! Your folks, your son, all great people and you can tell how much you enjoy working. Your son and his grandparents, awesome!
Thanks for showing that. A very different world. Beautiful.
City folks don't get to see families working together like this. Guess it's a farmer and rancher kinda thing.
Mr Trinity you have a very nice family, a nice ranch and lots of horses. I would say that you are a blessed man. Keep ranching we enjoy your videos.
Strangles is called ''droes (Pronounce: droos) in Dutch. Highly contagious as well. My mom had one who got it. He was sooo sick. Poor, poor dude. He just stood there, for weeks. You'll have to separate them for weeks.
Good Job Guys!! God Bless and have a Wonderful Week!! 🌹😊❤
That's funny you mentioned the E-L . I worked for louie as a wrangler in the mid 70s. I first meet louie and Mary when they worked on the CRA ranch in northwest Oregon. I loved working for louie on the E-L..

Great people!
I've always ate chilly with a fork or spoon. Out of a bowl or off a plate with bread and butter. I always thought that was how you are supposed to eat it lol. I learned something new today. Beautiful horses
Great video. Love horses. Hello to the family! Mom is a hoot.
Never ending job. Feed- water- veterinarian. Got to stay on top of everything.
Another fun one to watch. I really enjoy seeing the whole family involved. Growing up with horses in Arizona I'm well aware of needing to vaccinate. I spent 21 years in the USAF and missed being around our horses. So everywhere I was stationed I would find a farm or ranch that needed help and that would help scratch that itch. Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to see what's next.
Glad to see your keepin the traditional going! I'm sure he was quite happy to do this instead of school! I would be
What an excellent (on so many levels) video. Thank you for sharing!!
I do love your channel Trinity. I grew up in Helena in the 60's-70's where my dad managed the Woolworth store and we spent a lot of time fishing Canyon Ferry and the Missouri. Now when my wife and I go there we just stay at the Silos since we are part of the OG (old geezer) club. Keep up the great videos!
This is a brilliant series. I am from the UK and never really thought about what goes into ranching apart from what you see on tv, this has opened my eyes to the real ranching, I also need to go to your first video and watch them all so I have subscribed so I don't lose you. Thank you for showing me the real world. 😊
Very interesting. Loved the drone shots of them coming into the yards and then watching them run free at the end.
thank you, this was a great moment to share.
Good job!!! You can always learn something from someone else. Love the informative videos
Yes I do that as well with the chilly. Lol
So glad your son chose to help. Love your dad's mustache. Wish more guys felt like a haircut. Did Calibar get to go thru that process? Some beautiful horses.
Thanks for the worming technique. It worked great on our mule, 2 donkeys and even "crazy horse". LOL
Breathtaking shots of the horses. Love this video with the family getting around together. A side of your life we rarely see. Your mom is joyful! Overall, beautiful family. Do they sell the horses? If somebody can fill me in, thanks 😊 Happy Sunday!
I absolutely love your videos! Thank you for sharing ❤️ I am binge watching for the second day.
Chili is good. Here in southeast Texas. Orange, Port Arthur, Beaumont many east chili as yall did but many put their chili over cooked rice. Adjust your chili rice to soot your preference.
We use ivermectin on our goats. "Some people" even dosed themselves during the first Covid outbreak. 😊 Chili on a plate with a fork... That's how I eat it, too, but I was raised in Southern Arizona.
Lovely to see your mum 💜 great family all working together. another great video. Are you going to be doing anymore Podcasts ?
That was a pretty smooth operation! Love all your videos.
Teamwork at its finest!
I love how those paint horses look they are so beautiful
4-way protects against Eastern and Western encephalitis (both affect the brain and can be transmitted to people via mosquitos), tetanus and flu. Used to see strangles in horses all the time when I was a kid and it spreads like wildfire. Despite its gross nature with all the snot and the abscesses, most horses I knew got over it fairly quickly and seemed immune to it thereafter, tho' I imagine in a herd as large as yours it would be a real nightmare.
I really appreciate the longer videos showing the everyday "boring" ranch stuff. Too many focus on splashy short videos designed for clicks and emotion not educating and sharing information.
Wish I was out there helping you with the horse's, I love working with horses.
I thoroughly enjoyed that. Thanks.
Thank you for the video.
New subscriber...love the content. Great family, would eat a plate of chili with Pops any day of the week! God Bless!
It's like natchos in a bowl. Looks so yummy. Now I'm cooking chilli. 😋
Great video again Trinity and family you folks are a great team chilli is always good. Thanks for sharing your lives very interesting I have a dog who is diabetic has to have 2 shots a day have to be very sneaky cuz he dislikes them very much keep telling him it's for life he looks at me like Thanks but I still don't like it. Have a Great Day
Great family!!
Was so hoping that you would pray before your meal

good job, we breed draft crosses, all big but good minds
Cowboys eat beans. I live in Manhattan but I still eat beans. From Tuscon, western first.
I can relate to that “old farts club”. Hang back and watch all the “whipper snappers” do their thing avoiding the pi** and vinegar. 😊 I had a black and white paint once that was a great horse. A true go-to using horse. Hated giving her injections. She could smell a needle coming 😅.
🇫🇷 Great family // French guys and Europeans also eat chili with a fork ( even not one of our National meal ) 😂😂 but never never with dr pepper … great video as allways
I'm the same way!!! when it comes to Having certain plates,. Silverware, my glass and my coffee cup. Lol
Wow beautiful
Tood looks like he may have some Arabian in him. That would give him the endurance.
I've always used gritos to eat chili, idk but I love it either way
''Who you have, who you don't have. What happened to that horse ?!'' 😆 So many horsies. In general, they are easier to handle than the cows, i guess.
What are all these horses used for? Are most of them geldings?
Pop,? Your a lucky man to have a job that is generational.
It seems logical that the vaccines / shots would freeze in the cold weather . Has that been problematic?
@LifeintheWest
Жыл бұрын
Yes. We have had to bring out heaters to keep them from freezing. That day was just warm enough to keep them liquified.
Trinity, John Vandenacre went to school in Conrad. We were in the same class and FFA. A great guy. Is he your uncle? Kelly B
Quit picking on your Dad! I remember Gus eating beans like that in Lonesome Dove. Hot cornbread goes well with chilli too.
With the subject matter I am surprised there aren’t little notifications popping up with thanks from dr.ouchie
I do like her sweatshirt.
Wow 😊❤
chilly on a plate with bread the only way to go
It's my opinion that one day of working on the ranch (helping the family) is more educational and useful for life than 100 days of Govt. Schooling (especially with the BS that they teach kids now)
👍
Bueno video
Dude horses, ya I get it.
Great videos as usual! I know little to nothing about horses. I've always wondered: Do vaccination products ever cause side effects or negative outcomes on your livestock? Or is it nearly 100% success? Thank you and God bless 🙏
Cowboy parent: don’t let the horse kick you. Get back to work City parent: oh! Scary bad horse! Get away!
He probably learned more working for a day than spending a week in school
Murphy always shows up, eh.
What is a price of your one horse the white one
