I know we have been away for a bit but we finally have our trips planned out this week and we will be doing lots of filming for our adventures! I'll explain everything that is happening in the next video. But i just wanted to say thank you for being here! Indie and Frankie actually love the drinking fountain. They choose it every single time over the stagnant water bowl!

What is your opinion on rawhide chews? My Aussie has been chewing on them but recently started having GI problems and I did some research to find out how they were made. I found out they are highly processed with chemicals and are not FDA tested because they are not considered food. "When tested in laboratories, lead, arsenic, mercury, chromium salts, formaldehyde and other toxic chemicals have been detected in rawhide chews."

@@emilyd.652 Yeah rawhides shouldnt be fed to your dog- it can worsen your dogs digestion and possibly kill them. It sucks that the dog food industry still hasn't taken these brands that sell rawhide out.

@@emilyd.652 Stay away from rawhide anything. I'd rather let them chew on an antler or home made sweet potato chews.

I have a mini Aussie.. Pascal... he’s sweet and obedient. My best friend. Always there and always ready for whatever I want to do. So loving aswell. They’re a fantastic breed.

I love watching your videos, I don't have a dog yet, but I just really love the calming vibe of your videos your bond with Frankie is so nice to watch. Just wanted to share this. Have a good one

Glad to see everyone back. As for the heat..... I live in South Florida. I take my Aussie walking our 2 miles at 6:00 am, and at that time it's 89°F, 31°C. It's brutal the rest of the day, so I feel your pain.

We got our Aussie exactly one month ago, I‘ve been watching your videos for about a year before that and hands down best decision! You portrayed the breed (since the Aussie and mini Aussie are really similar) so well

Great video :) and I believe I will buy this water bowl too, because my Aussie also loves to drink from running water.

i get excited each time i see you have a new video learning more and more about aussies and deciding if they're a dog for me love the videos

Enjoy the puppy time it goes by way to fast. I got my first Aussie puppy in 30+yrs since I've been working from home. I'm so glad I did. I've had mostly rescues.

Mine wants to drink out of the running hose, rather than a bowl when outside too. He has more fun in their pool when you are filling it than when you turn the water off.

Every time you bring Frankie and Indie to the dog park I’m amazed by how close they stay to you and they come when you call. Has Frankie always been like that or did it take time for him to learn to stay close to you? I have a 6 month old Aussie and if I let him off leash in an open area he’ll run far away from me.

It has been so hot here combined with a bordedella outbreak so my dogs are pretty low key lately. Some days they don't even want to go out in the yard. Then the days that are cool enough have been really smokey from all the fires. I would love to see a video about how you occupy and exercise your dogs when conditions are unfavourable. As a side note I love how Frankie and Indie are besties.

This is a great video idea! But to give you a short answer, swimming is #1. It will tire your pup out for days. And an activity for inside is to get them to do chores with you. Get them to come and sit and show them around the house, at least for frankie it tricks him into thinking he has a job

only recently with covid as we arent leaving him alone as often. But I am just taking more and more trips to leave the house so he can familiarize himself and understand that if i leave, i will come back. The biggest solver to this is that when you come back, you dont say hi. and when you leave, dont say bye. It is just coming and going

I just wanted to tell a story of my dads old dog that was an aussie, his name was Spark, and my dad told me everyday when he got out of school Spark was waiting for him and looking out the school window. In memory of Spark, he died when he jumped a fence, and was leashed and accidentally hung himself. I love you Sparky 💕

about those waterfall thingies, i had one for my cat because the picky fucker wouldnt seem to drink otherwise either. my experience with mine is that i clogs up really fast, prone to calcium buildup, and eventually mine died after about 5 months. so now i set out a giaaaant bucket and he much rather drinks out of that.

So every single tick that I found on franks, i found it right in between his eyes before it latched! I always carry the little tool with me just incase

30 degrees. Bahahaha I have a hairy mini Aussie in 100 degrees weather of Florida. They do fine in both. Of course plenty of water and shade is allowed when playing outside for 15-30 mins at a time…… wait 30 Celsius?? Lol
