can you do a video explaining what you did to get to this point. e.g. uni courses, where you started, how you got the offer to be a realtor for a luxury company etc. would help a lot!!💗💞💓

When getting into luxury real estate how much if your own money do you have to spend?

It honestly depends! I invest a lot into marketing costs. But there are other cost effective ways to market if you want to keep the budget down. You can doorknock, cold call, look for free events in the community to network your business at, make print marketing etc

Yes, I passed first time :) it’s definitely difficult!

Hmm. the LinkedIn is an eye opener and it seems like you've managed to BS your way into this like everything else. Funny how for a job in 2013 you had "♣ Expert in nutrition and supplementation knowledge." except you didn't have any training or certification in a related field and didn't get your NASM until 2017. No listing of Rea Estate training either. Sounds like the company hired and trained you to get a license. Wouldn't be the first time you get somewhere without any real work. You're treated as a legit golfer by all these outlets and then we see basic b-tch drives and that's it. no actual full round of golfing. Same with the AR-15 bit. Everyone was praising you as badass for shooting but you did it incorrectly and very poorly that even the Daily Caller had to make a commentary on it.

You can’t practice real estate without proper accredited courses & a license, all of which I have and completed. Maybe you should channel your energy into something more positive because you have way too much time on your hands to be doing a deep dive on things you find on the internet. I’ve done nothing but work hard to get to where I’m at
