Asking Luxury Real Estate Agents How To Make $1,000,000 (ft. Ryan Serhant)
How lucrative is it to become a luxury real estate agent? AND is it a good way to get rich?
I wanted to find out, so I hit up some of New York's most successful luxury real estate agents in the business to ask them: How do you get rich selling real estate? Is it really as lucrative as it seems from the outside? And what is it like selling houses to the world's wealthiest people?

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $508k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

I'm working with a consultant named *'Nolan Velden Brent,'* whom I discovered through a CNBC interview where he was featured. After reaching out to him, he has been providing valuable entry and exit points for the securities I focus on. If you're interested in his supervision and expertise, you can look him up online using his name. Following his trade pattern has been a rewarding experience, and I have no regrets about doing so.
Man this whole video was just filled with sound advice, encouragement, and inspiration. Thanks for asking good questions. Glad I found your channel

@NoahKagan the realtor featured in the door knocking b-roll at 4:59 is me. I appreciate the inclusion. I’m in South Florida. Cold calling, door knocking, open houses…. every income producing activity works, nothing doesn’t. Consistency is the key. Now days almost all of my business comes from KZread. Congrats on your success. If I can ever be of service we are always here to help 🔥👊🏻

Amazing video! I love how you included everyone’s journey. Their stories were told and edited really well!
The guy that came from nothing and launched his own company in 2020 said something very inspirational. U asked him how hes done this and he replied with "How am I gonna do this". Most people would respond with "I don't know, I probably can't". His mindset is extremely good, I can just tell by how he talks.

He didn't come from nothing, he was born into a wealthy family, his father is a former Vice Chairman of State Street Global Advisors and advisor to GoldenTree Asset Management. There is even a video tour of his parent's multimillion dollar estate in Colorado and he grew up in multimillion dollar home in a wealthy suburb of Boston. I have nothing against his upbringing but I wish he would drop the "I came from nothing" act, it is false.

Hi Noah, Can you make a video on networking? For example, what was the process of getting in touch with Ryan for this video? Was it as simple as messaging multiple estate agents and asking? I assume the more well known you are, the easier it is. I'm trying to start a design business but finding it hard to connect with others in the industry to create a network to be able to get any tips or advice.

Cool 😎
Selling Real Estate is such a unicorn though. In what other field can you go into without a college degree make tens of thousands or millions of dollars on a single project that could be as short as a week without any real skills or training other than the ability to BS your way through how great a house looks and network with fake friends.

maybe because I'm a NYC native, I'll never understand why people go out their way to BUY MILLION dollar condos. NYC is cool, but it's not worth living in a penthouse for millions of dollar for location. You could get a megamansion with your own backyard, front yard and all the good stuff. And only deal with the hustle and bustle during work (especially these days where most people WFH).
